HOW TO PLACE ORDER
Welcome to Lassie'el online. We're ecstatic to have you onboard the Koran beauty wagon! You can shop easily, conveniently and safely here. Simply select the product you want to purchase and follow the steps below:
1. On product details page, select your preferred shade, size and quantity as relevant and then click “Add to Cart”.
2. When you are settled on purchasing your item(s), click on the shopping cart icon on the top right corner. Follow the instructions and press “Send”.
3. For Taiwan delivery service: After payment have been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
4. For overseas delivery: Proforma Invoice & payment method notification will be sent to you as soon as your goods are ready. After confirmed received your payment, we will dispatch your order immediately.
All prices on this website are processed in Taiwan Dollars (TW$). Product prices listed are current however are subject to change without advanced notice.
Orders are processed and shipped during Monday to Friday.
Unless specifically listed on the website, free shipment will be offered for order over TW$1500 (after discount). TW$90 will be charged for order below TW$1500 (after discount). Delivery time varies between 3-7 working days.
Due to different shipping charges in different countries, please be sure to provide your correct delivery address, in order for us to calculate the shipping cost.
DHL, Fedex or SpeedPost EMS are usually used for overseas delivery, delivery time varies between 5-10 working days for different countries.
For all regions, if you do not receive the goods within 10 working days, please contact us at email@example.com

• All claims for shortages must be reported to customer service on (02) 2388-0088 or email email@example.com
on the day of delivery.
• We will allow a product exchange for any full priced unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of delivery date.
• All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by original receipt.
• No products may be exchanged if used, opened or damaged.
• Each item can only be exchanged once.
• No refunds.
• Postage will not be refunded, if any.
